Director/Mediator

J. has a lot of experience mediating various type of cases with a focus on Juvenile and Domestic Relations and employment matters. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a court-referred mediator and mentor for Juvenile and Domestic Relations cases and is a Deputy ADR Coordinator, Senior Mediator, and Mediator Evaluator for the Army. He holds five academic degrees including a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He provides counseling services under Virginia Code 54.1-3501 as a chaplain. He has plenty of life experience to be able to understand where most people are. J. is a husband, father of four kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. He is a community volunteer as a certified football coach for children ages 5-18 and an ordained and endorsed Chaplain. He is a paralegal, analyst, and disabled military veteran. He is trauma informed as he has dealt with abusive situations as both a child and an adult and is a Board Certified Mental Health Coach. J.'s focus in mediation is what he called "Future Focus". His passion is his faith and his family.
